Overview
Annadaan, the offering of food, is among the highest forms of daan. Our community kitchens turn that principle into warm, dignified meals served every day.
We cook fresh, hygienic, vegetarian food and reach it to those who need it most — elders living alone, children out of school and families weathering a crisis — served with respect, never with pity.
The need
For families working daily-wage jobs, a single lost day of work can mean an empty plate. Elders living alone and children out of school are especially at risk of going hungry.
Our solution
We cook and distribute fresh, hygienic, vegetarian meals through fixed kitchens and mobile drives, prioritising elders, children and families in crisis — served with respect, never with pity.
Vegetarian meals are prepared daily in clean community kitchens to strict hygiene standards.
Fixed distribution points and mobile drives prioritise elders, children and families in crisis.
Meals are offered with respect, never with pity — the way anyone would wish to be served.
Meals served are counted and reported so you can see your contribution at work.
