Yes. Payments are processed through a secure payment partner. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

Can I set up a monthly donation?

Yes. On the Monthly Giving page you can become a sustainer from a fixed amount each month. You can pause or cancel your monthly gift anytime.

What if my payment fails?

If a payment does not go through, no money leaves your account. You can simply try again or use a different method. If you are ever charged in error, contact us and we will resolve it.

Will I get an 80G tax receipt?

Yes. Eligible donations qualify for an 80G tax receipt, which we email to you automatically. Add your PAN during checkout so the receipt is valid for your tax filing.

I lost my receipt — how do I get it again?

Use the Receipt Search page to look up and download your 80G receipt with your email or donation ID. If you cannot find it, contact us and we will resend it.

What is 80G, exactly?

Section 80G of the Income Tax Act allows eligible donations to registered charities to be claimed as a deduction, reducing your taxable income. Keep the receipt we issue for your records.

Can I get a refund on my donation?

What does adopting a cow involve?

Adopting a cow means funding her fodder, shelter and medical care through a monthly gift. You receive photo updates and can follow her care log on her profile page.

How are Annadaan meals distributed?

Meals are cooked in hygienic community kitchens and served with dignity to everyone who comes — no one is turned away. We serve seated where possible, with second helpings for all.

Can I book a yagya or pooja in my name?

Yes. Through our Vedic Services you can sponsor a yagya, pooja or shradh performed by verified purohits, with your sankalp taken by name. We share the details afterwards.

Can I choose which cause my donation supports?

Yes. You can direct your gift to Gau Seva, Annadaan, Vedic Services, Special Day Sewa or Community Welfare — or let us allocate it where the need is greatest.

How do I know my donation is used well?

Our accounts are independently audited each year and published in our annual reports, which anyone can download. You never have to take our word for it.

Are you a registered charity?

Yes. We hold 80G and 12A registrations and comply with FCRA for foreign contributions. Our registration certificates are available in the downloads section.
